The Devon Migrant Worker Task Group are leading a FREE training day for frontline agencies (such as JobCentre Plus, Ambulance Service, CAB, Housing, Police, Fire Service etc) who have face to face contact with Eastern European Migrant Workers.

We will have a panel of Eastern European Migrant Workers on hand to talk about the differences in cultures, and answer your questions regarding working with Migrant Communities.

10.00              Welcome address

10.10              Myth Busting Quiz

10.30              Migrant Workers discuss the context of their cultural identity and the impact this may have on attitudes in the UK.

11.15              Tea & Coffee 

11.30              Extended Networking

12.00              Group Discussions based on submitted questions

13.00              Feedback and Solutions plus further questions

13.30              Thanks

13.35              Lunch and further networking.
