Awards for all - Sport England's Small Grants Scheme. Grants from £300 to £10,000 Phone 0845 600 2040 for an application pack and 01460 73491 for advice.

National Playing Fields Association, 25 Ovington Square, London SW 3 1LQ (Tel 0171 584 6445) and NPFA Fields Office at Midlands Sports Centre for the Disabled, Cromwell Lane, Coventry CV4 8AS (Tel 01203 694517) Funding is available mainly to fields owned or part managed by the NPFA, but they do on occasion act as a gateway to other schemes, so contact to confirm the situation.

Sports Match - business sponsorship scheme (contact The Institute of Sports Sponsorship, Sportsmatch Scheme Manager, Francis House, Francis Street, London SW1P 1DE (Tel 0171 828 8771) DPFA has some photocopied leaflets
Landfill Tax Credit Scheme – the site must have unlimited public access, and be situated within 10 miles of an active landfill site whose operator participates in the scheme.
