The School Huts on the Devon County Council campus has been home to the Community Council for 50 years. However, the time has come to move on and in the New Year we will be re-opening in a new office premises.

These new premises will provide an up to date working environment for our staff as well as meeting and training facilities and the opportunity to host small organisations.

Currently a major re-location plan is underway as we clear out the accumulation of 50 years, whilst enjoying the opportunity for a nostalgic look back on past projects and former colleagues. 

Our aim is to maintain our service throughout the re-location but undoubtedly there will be some disruption as the office is gradually packed up in crates prior to the move.

We look forward to welcoming our members and partners to our new offices and will be holding an ‘office warming’ shortly after the move. There will be an opportunity to see the new facilities and the staff team will be on hand to talk to anyone who is interested in finding out how they can access our meeting and training facilities.

In the meantime we would also be interested to hear from any organisation that may be looking for desk space and for whom the Matford Business Park could be a good base.
