Flexible spaces
Do you need a flexible space to hold meetings or deliver training? If so, let the Community Council of Devon help.
Our newly furnished rooms have been designed with you in mind. Want a board room style layout? No problem. Or maybe you’d prefer a classroom or theatre style. We can help with that too. And the best part is that the room is set up to your requirements before you arrive, so your time is spent where you need it most- focussing on your event.

Let us worry about the details. Tell us your requirements and we will ensure that the room layout is ready for your arrival.
We have a variety of high quality equipment, including data projectors, screens, laptops and flipcharts; all of which are available at no extra cost. A hearing loop is available on request. If you have specific equipment needs we can also arrange for its hire (costs apply). You may also make use of our free wireless internet access.
Feeling hungry? We will arrange catering on your behalf. Simply tell us the numbers and pick from our menus of high quality, Devon produce. Teas and coffees can also be made available throughout the day.
You and your guests can take advantage of the 5 guaranteed car parking spaces on site, and the ample free parking surrounding the facility. We also have a dedicated parking space for blue badge holders, as well as a lift providing access for people with disabilities.

A package deal for a minimum of 10 delegates. This will include: Room hire of either Haldon or Blackdown, use of Foyer, 2 course local produce buffet lunch, 3 servings of refreshments, stationery and pens, jugs of water and mints, equipment and free wireless internet access.
