Devon Association of Local Councils (DALC)

The Devon Association of Local Councils is an organisation that provides information, advice and training for Parish & Town Councils. It has a membership of over 350 town and parish councils and parish meetings throughout the county of Devon. Member councils vary in size from Exmouth Town Council with an electorate of nearly 25,000 to parish meetings such as Cadbury with 99 electors. It seeks to uphold the interests of this diverse membership and to put forward the views of the tier of local government closest to the people and their communities in general.
